Jaimee was looking for a smaller vintage, rustic style kitchen island. She sent me some inspiration pictures of gorgeous islands. I used those, and hunted down the perfect piece to transform. Jaimee wanted her island to be mobile, so I added wheels on the bottom with brass finish to keep that vintage feel. Finally, I installed a wooden slab, sanded, and finished with butcher block treatment. Jaimee says she plans to find some cute stools to slide underneath so her and her family and gather round for many memories to come. Thank you Jaimee for trusting me with this project!
